Caitlin Cosgrove is a seasoned strategist and leader with over 17 years of experience driving transformational growth for mission-driven organizations. As Co-Founder and Partner of Effective Philanthropy Advisors, she has guided organizations in designing and executing ambitious fundraising strategies, securing seven- and eight-figure philanthropic investments, and navigating complex organizational challenges. Caitlin advises funders on strategic giving approaches and helps NGOs optimize fundraising outcomes to maximize impact. With expertise in environmental sector fundraising, she has successfully led multi-year strategic plans and capital campaigns for organizations that tackle climate change and protect biodiversity. Caitlin is based in Washington, DC.

Tyler Hatch is a trusted advisor to mission-driven organizations and ultra-high-net-worth donors, with over 15 years of expertise in strategic philanthropy. As Co-Founder and Partner of Effective Philanthropy Advisors, he has led nine-figure capital campaigns for democracy organizations and eight-figure initiatives for universal basic income, LGBTQIA+ rights, and human rights advocacy. An expert in pooled fund management, Tyler fosters high-impact funder collaboration and advises donors on maximizing philanthropic effectiveness. With deep expertise in democracy and human rights philanthropy, he builds dynamic donor communities, coaches boards and executives on fundraising strategy, and helps navigate complex giving landscapes to amplify impact. Tyler is based in West Hollywood, California.
